After 6 months of Tohoku Earthquake in 2011, Japan faced an enormous typhoon and a hundred was killed. A young CBC journalist visited Mie prefecture to report the disaster felt something was wrong. All victims here smile and seem like they are enjoying their life after the disaster.
The victims live together in a temple however have to face their own choice to step forward. The ward mayor "Jiro-chan" kindly follows each choice.
