This drama is located in a very country side with rich nature and is very pure love story. Iwabuchi (Yakusho) works at rent-a-car especially for casket coaches and used be a yakuza (mafia) in the past. He accepts a job to carry a dead body of a fiance, Sawa, from a man called Uchida to a very country side in Shikoku area. On the way to Shikoku, Uchida disappears and Iwabuchi has to carry Sawa's dead body only by himself. As soon as Iwabuchi arrives at the destination, He is asked to marry Sawa as a custom for a dead-body who were going to marry before his/her death. Although Iwabuchi hesitates a lot, actual love arises between Iwabuchi and Sawa afther the wedding ceremony.
