It has been 5 years since the Great East Japan Earthquake. The damaged areas are still on the way of reconstruction. Tokai area, where CBC TV locates, is also facing a approximately 70% of the Nankai Trough Earthquake within 30 years. The preparation pushed by the government and media is on progress however, what we cannot forget is "mutual assistance". The enviornment which allows us to work on mutual assistance in each local area can save much more life.
